1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Monthly Bill handles information when you use the mobile application.

Monthly Bill is developed, owned, and operated by SWA. We respect your privacy and designed the application to work offline without requiring an account or an internet connection.

2. Information We Collect

Monthly Bill does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information with us or third parties. The application does not require your name, email address, phone number, account, or location.

Because Monthly Bill does not transmit your meter readings, tariff settings, usage estimates, or bill history, SWA does not have access to them and does not share them with third parties. We may disclose information only if required by applicable law, although the application is designed not to send this information to us.

6. Data Security

Your information remains on your device and is protected by the security features of your operating system. No electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we recommend using the device security controls available on your phone.

7. Children’s Privacy

Monthly Bill does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users. The application does not require personal information to operate.

8. Your Choices

You can update your meter readings, tariff settings, and usage estimates in the application. You can delete individual saved bills from the history screen. You can also remove all locally stored application data through your device settings or by uninstalling the application.
