SWA Guide is developed, owned, and operated by SWA. We respect your privacy and designed the application to provide an offline directory of Saudi Water Authority services without requiring an account.

The application does not use advertising SDKs, analytics, profiling, remote configuration, push notifications, or third-party tracking services.
3. Information Stored on Your Device
To provide its offline features, SWA Guide stores the following information locally on your device:
- Your language preference (Arabic or English).
- Your bookmarked SWA service and complaint guides.
This information is stored using local device storage. It is not uploaded to SWA, our servers, or any third party. Removing the application or clearing its app data may remove locally stored information.
4. How Information Is Used
Locally stored information is used only to remember your language and bookmarks so the offline directory can be displayed according to your preferences. The application does not use this information for advertising, marketing, automated profiling, or sale to third parties.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
Because SWA Guide does not transmit your preferences or bookmarks, SWA does not have access to them and does not share them with third parties. The application can open official SWA portal links, e-services, and the 1933 call center using your device’s external browser or phone application. Those services may have their own privacy policies.
6. Data Security
Your information remains on your device and is protected by the security features of your operating system. No electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we recommend using the device security controls available on your phone.
7. Children’s Privacy
SWA Guide does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users. The application does not require personal information to operate.
8. Your Choices
You can change your language preference and remove bookmarks in the application. You can also remove all locally stored application data through your device settings or by uninstalling the application.
