Tanseeq is developed, owned, and operated by the Saudi Water Authority (SWA). We respect your privacy and designed the application to streamline infrastructure coordination, pipeline asset protection, and digital excavation permits securely and efficiently.

Tanseeq does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information with unauthorized third parties. All coordination requests, user profiles, and local demo data are managed securely and self-contained within your device.
The application does not use third-party advertising SDKs, behavioral profiling, commercial tracking networks, or unauthorized analytics.
3. Information Stored on Your Device
To provide responsive, fast, and offline-capable services, Tanseeq stores necessary application preferences and records locally on your device:
- Your language preference (Arabic or English) and theme settings (Dark or Light mode).
- Your coordination requests, permit drafts, and simulated session profiles.
- Locally generated digital verification stamps and tracking numbers.
This information is saved securely in your device's sandbox storage. Removing the application or clearing its application data will remove locally stored records.
4. How Information Is Used
Locally stored information is used exclusively to facilitate coordination workflows, permit reviews, and compliance checks according to your preferences. Tanseeq does not use this data for advertising or marketing purposes.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
Because Tanseeq prioritizes data protection, SWA does not sell or distribute your data to third parties. Official portal links, emergency contact (933), and external verification tools open via your device's standard browser or phone handler under their respective security policies.
6. Data Security
Your records remain secured on your device, safeguarded by operating system sandboxing mechanisms (Android and iOS). We encourage using device-level security such as biometric locks or PIN codes.
7. Children’s Privacy
Tanseeq is a professional infrastructure and utility coordination utility intended for contractors, engineers, and governmental authorities. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Your Choices and Controls
You can toggle your language preference, switch themes, or reset all demo data directly from the Profile & Settings screen. You can also clear all stored data through your operating system settings.
9. Changes to This Policy
The Saudi Water Authority may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any revisions will be published on this page with an updated date.
